Hours/Referral
Our offices are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Referral by your pediatrician is recommended, but not necessary. An appointment for a routine evaluation can usually be obtained within several days; urgent appointments can be obtained within a day (your pediatrician will need to call our office directly to coordinate this).
What To Bring
Please bring any authorizations or prescriptions. Your appointment may be rescheduled if you do not have proper authorization to be seen.
- Please bring your current insurance card and photo ID.

Hearing Problems
If you think your child has a hearing related problem or may need a hearing test, please notify the receptionist at the time of your call. A separate appointment with the audiologist can be arranged.
X-rays
If your child has had X-Rays related to their health problem please bring them. If you think your child needs X-Rays for the specialist to properly evaluate your child, please let the receptionist know at the time of your call. We may be able to obtain them prior to your appointment.
Cancellations
Please call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment; this will allow another child to see us in a timely fashion.
